Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days, Monday-Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday/Tuesday.

Allow two to three days for delivery after your order has been picked up by the courier.

If we can’t dispatch your order as quickly as mentioned we will communicate this as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

We send all orders with our preferred courier DPD. Which is a standard tracked service.

The DPD tracking number will be included in your order confirmation e-mail. This can be used to track your delivery's progress.

T&C’s of Purchase

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery schedule, re-direct or cancel the order.

Once your order is placed and you believe there's an error with the postal address, or you wish to cancel the order, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order's lost because of a wrong address or fraudulent transaction of any kind you will be held responsible for the loss.

When you receive your order, we ask that you check the contents for completion and that they haven't been damaged in transport.

In the unlikely event of damage, please take photographs, and email us with a description. 

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your order, then you will be subject to our refund and return policy the courier charges will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Missing

If you're not available when the delivery arrives, or you have not requested the delivery be placed in a safe place, your order will automatically be returned to the local courier delivery depot.

An e-mail will be sent to notify you and a new delivery time will be attempted.

If the courier firm doesn't hear from you, they may return the order to us. A return charge may be charged, and we reserve the right to ask you to cover the charge in addition to a re-delivery charge before we can recommence a delivery.

Should the delivery fail, the package will be returned to us via our returns partner. On average, this takes at least 30 days to be returned to us. Once we have received the package we can either:

  • Attempt another delivery
  • Refund you the cost of the order

Products out of Stock

If any products you've ordered are out of stock or not available at the time of placing the order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail the next working day.

We will advise you on a new estimated delivery schedule. If this is not acceptable you have the right to cancel your order and a refund will be issued.
