Stolen horsebox with 'police stop' sticker seized after driver fails to stop for officers
A stolen horsebox displaying a sticker encouraging police to stop the driver was recovered after a night-time police chase. Members of Warwickshire Police's Rural Crime Team (RCT) helped their colleagues in the Operational Patrol Unit (OPU) search for the occupants of a vehicle after they fled on foot at a location in Cleeve Prior.
Officers were unable to find the people in the vehicle, but their search did not prove fruitless. "During the search we spotted a trailer that just so happened to have one of our "POLICE STOP" stickers," an RCT spokesperson said.
